Free Holiday Bootcamp Provides Party Food Tips

The Willows Lodge tradition of offering a Holiday Boot Camp to provide holiday hosting tips is back and being held for the next two Wednesday evenings out in Woodinville.

While it’s too late to attend the first one on holiday party appetizers, which was held last week, there’s still time to attend the Holiday Desserts session where Barking Frog Pastry Chef Matt Kelley shows you how to make spiced hot chocolate with candy cane macaroons and eggnog cake with rum-whipped ganache this Wednesday night and the session on holiday cocktails taught by Barking Frog Wine Director Matt Davis on Dec. 18th.

The classes are FREE and feature samples as well as printed recipes for you to take home with you. Although the sessions start at 5:30 in the Fireside at Willows Lodge, you’ll want to arrive early because seating is limited and reservations are not available.
