Pacific Science Center Tix Today for As Low As 50 Cents (10/22)

October 22, 2012

If you liked yesterday’s Space Needle deal, you’ll love today’s deal at the Pacific Science Center.

In celebration of its 50th anniversary, the World’s Fair remnant has rolled prices back to 1962 levels, which were $1 for adults and 50 cents for children all day today (10/22). The deal does not include admission to the King Tut Exhibit, but there is a chance for something better.

If you get there before 11, you’ll be on hand for a drawing where the first person to enter the Science Center in 1962 will pick the winner of a lifetime membership. And then there will be a tasty Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream demonstration.

Even if you don’t get the lifetime membership or the ice cream, this is still an amazing deal, considering that adult tickets are $16 and kids admissions are $11 for kids 6-15 and $9 for kids 3-5.

Since the Cheap Bastard has a family with two kids around 5, that means he’d normally pay $50. Instead, if he goes today, he’ll pay $3. That’s a savings of $47.

What am I waiting for? I should get the kids up now and head down there just in case. Heck, it’s 6:41. I may already be too late (just kidding).

See you there.

Savings to date: $16,542.55
