Two Nights for Two at Astoria B&B for $209

September 27, 2012

Living Social Escapes bills this deal at Clementine’s Bed and Breakfast as a celebration of explorers and exploring because it’s in Astoria not far from where Lewis and Clark ended their two year expedition. The Cheap Bastard doesn’t know about that, but he does know a good bargain when he sees one and all of the add-ons make this one well worth it.

Not only do you get a two night stay at a five bedroom, restored 1888 Italianate Victorian home overlooking the Columbia River (and other historic homes, you also get a cooking class with dinner for two, two tickets for the Flavel House Museum (the CB isn’t sure what a Flavel is) or Heritage Museum, two glasses of port and chocolate covered strawberries and a multi-course breakfast. And did the CB mention the complimentary happy hour featuring wine and tea. All for $209 (a $418 value).
